The two mystic treatises of the Prague Dominican Kolda (13th - 14th centuries) on the Instruments of the Lord's Suffering and the Participation of the Virgin Mary in the Kingdom of Heaven, the stimulus and the theme for the writing of which came from Kunhuta, the daughter of Premysl Otakar II, Abbess of St. George's Convent in Prague Castle. These writings have been preserved in one of the most beautiful illuminated manuscripts of Czech provenance from the beginning of the 14th century, known as the Passionale of Abbess Kunhuta.
